I totally get it. You’re already juggling a million things, and the last thing you need is more on your plate. The Shortcut is designed to relieve that pressure, not add to it. I’ll take care of the tech and system setup, so you can focus on what you’re great at. You’ll actually feel less overwhelmed once everything’s streamlined.
What kind of tasks do you take off my plate?
I handle all the time-consuming operational tasks that keep your business running behind the scenes—like scheduling systems, email marketing automations, client onboarding processes, payment processing, etc.
Basically, I make sure the important stuff that no one sees is working smoothly 🙂
What if I’m already using certain tools or software? Will I have to switch?
I work with the tools you already have in place whenever possible. My goal is to build on what’s working for you, not to force you into using a specific platform. If there are gaps, I’ll suggest tools that integrate seamlessly with your existing setup so everything works together smoothly. That said, I have tried a LOT of the tools out there, so if I know of a better product that could make things easier for you, I'll let you know. Any recommendations I make though are totally optional.
What if I don’t know what kind of setup I need?
No worries! We’ll start by seeing where your business currently stands and where you want to take it. From there, it’s just about connecting the dots! Together, we’ll figure out exactly what systems make sense to get you from point A to point B. Or if you prefer, you can call the shots on which ones work best for you and then I'll get to implementing!
Is there anything The Shortcut can't do?
Absolutely! I’m all about transparency, so before you ever sign up, we’ll sit down and discuss your specific needs. If there’s something outside my wheelhouse, I’ll be upfront about it. That way, you're fully clear on what I can deliver and what might need another solution.
How long does it take to set everything up?
Some systems can be set up in just a few hours or days, like scheduling tools or basic email automations. Others, like client onboarding processes or full funnel development, might take a bit longer.
But no matter the scope, everything will be wrapped up and ready to hand over by the end of the 12 week program.
How much of my time is required?
Your input will be needed from time to time—after all, it’s your business! But if you prefer, you can be as hands-off as you want during the process. Once we’ve had the initial deep dive to understand your needs, I’ll handle the heavy lifting, and you can jump in when necessary to make key decisions.
I'm not very tech-savvy—what if I need support after our time together?
Once the systems are set up, I don’t just leave you hanging. I’ll walk you through everything with training videos and cheatsheets, making sure you understand how to use and manage the systems on your own so you feel fully confident in taking control of your new processes and tools. These resources are yours to keep and will be there for you to refer back to whenever you need, ensuring you can manage and adjust things easily as your business evolves.
What’s the point of the strategy coaching that comes with The Shortcut?
I don’t set up systems just for the sake of having them. Every tool and process we implement is chosen to support your larger business goals.
But systems alone won’t guarantee success. The strategy coaching is where we connect all the dots, making sure that everything works together to drive your business growth. It’s about building the big picture and ensuring you have a clear path forward to scale your business effectively.
